CompuToor Associates Ltd signed Exclusive Distribution Rights from Haase & Martin GbR in September 2005 for the SMS Chatwall product.

Haase & Martin GbR provided the SMS Chatwall product for the initial trial during the Exclusive Distribution Agreement negotiations.
